8th grade softball dropped a close one to Worthington 3 -1.
Maddy Baucke and Ashlyn Greathouse provided excellent pitching but the Eagles hitters had a tough night at the plate. Josey Durst had the lone run and Joslyn Shaver used some nifty baserunning to get into scoring position but it wasn't enough.
The Eagles have a doubleheader with Teays Valley at home Saturday 4/26.
